Terms and conditions
SalonZichtbaar is a venture of Klik&Shop (sole proprietorship), based at Paramaribohof 55, 2315 VW Leiden, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 98148362, VAT ID NL005310837B66. Contact: info@klikshop.tech, +31 6 11188391 (call or WhatsApp) and Instagram @mootjetje.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements of SalonZichtbaar. The services are intended for businesses (business clients), such as salons and other appointment-based businesses. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing (WhatsApp or Instagram counts).
2. Quotes and agreement
A free preview (demo) is non-binding and comes with no obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days. The agreement is formed as soon as the client confirms the quote or assignment in writing.
3. Performance
Klik&Shop carries out the work to the best of its knowledge and skill. Any stated timelines are estimates, not strict deadlines.
4. Client cooperation
The client supplies the necessary information, text, photos and access in good time and guarantees that they have the right to use this material. The client arranges and pays for hosting and the domain name themselves, after which Klik&Shop sets up the website there, or has Klik&Shop arrange hosting, domain and technical management for €15 per month excl. VAT (€40 per month in total together with maintenance, instead of €45). This subscription can be cancelled monthly with one month's notice. Klik&Shop registers the domain in the client's name, with Klik&Shop as technical manager, and transfers the domain to the client or a party designated by the client when the subscription ends.
5. Delivery and approval
After delivery, the client reviews the work and either approves it or reports specific changes within 7 days. Nothing is put online without the client's consent.
6. Prices and payment
All prices exclude VAT:
- Website Start: €249
- Website Plus: €449
- Booking system: €349 one-off + €25 per month (€100 off when combined with a website)
- Maintenance: €30 per month
- Hosting, domain and technical management: €15 per month (€40 per month together with maintenance)
Payment is due after delivery. Klik&Shop sends an invoice with a payment term of 14 days. Late payment is subject to the statutory rules for commercial transactions.
7. Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly services (booking system and maintenance) renew monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice. You can cancel by WhatsApp, phone or Instagram.
8. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, the rights to the design and website content made for the client pass to the client. Until then, they remain with Klik&Shop. Third-party software and services are subject to those third parties' terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Klik&Shop's liability is limited to the invoice amount of the assignment concerned (for subscriptions: the fees for the last 3 months). Klik&Shop is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, or for outages of third-party services. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

11. Complaints
Please report complaints as soon as possible by WhatsApp, phone or Instagram. You'll receive a substantive response within 14 days.
12. Governing law
These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
